Rates:
  • $25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum = minimum of $75.
  • $15 per hour with a 3 hour minimum = minimum of $45 for not-for-profit organizations with a staff of fewer than 20 people.
  • $50 per hour for rental between 7-8 a.m. or 5 to 8 p.m.
  • $20 per hour for the small conference room with a 2 hour min. = $40
