Welliver McGuire Inc. Names Brian Kenney as Vice President of Preconstruction Services
Welliver McGuire Inc., the foremost provider of comprehensive construction services in New York State and Northern Pennsylvania, announced today the promotion of Brian Kenney to Vice President of Preconstruction Services.
Most recently, Mr. Kenney served as Welliver’s chief estimator where he played a vital role in leading the estimating team, which collectively has over 200 years of estimating experience and has estimated nearly $3 billion of work.
Mr. Kenney brings 30 plus years of experience in project cost estimation, project management & business development to his new role. As Vice President of Preconstruction Services for Welliver, Mr. Kenney will manage cost estimation, constructability reviews, and construction scheduling for projects when Welliver is responsible for preconstruction services. He will also lead the Company’s competitive bid market strategies and execution. Mr. Kenney will report to Stephen Welliver, Senior Vice President.
Welliver is taking this opportunity to rebrand the estimating department to more accurately represent the services that the estimating department has provided in the past and will continue to offer.
